The counsellor will play a key role in helping students explore academic and career pathways while promoting the school’s ethos of ambition and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized university and career guidance to students

• Support with applications to top global universities

• Organize university fairs, workshops, and counselling sessions

• Collaborate with faculty and parents to ensure student success

• Promote the school’s international curriculum and academic achievements

• Maintain student records and documentation related to university admissions

• Stay updated on global university trends and admissions processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a teaching qualification is preferred

• Extensive experience in student counselling and university admissions

• Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum, IB Diploma Programme, and A Levels

• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international school environment
