Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination, diligence, execution, and portfolio value creation for growth equity investments.

• Source new investment opportunities and conduct comprehensive due diligence.

• Manage and support the investment process from sourcing deals to eventual exit strategies.

• Partner with business leaders to help scale companies and create long-term value.

• Contribute to the success of portfolio companies through operational expertise and strategic guidance.

• Support the fund’s vision of driving national development and shaping the UAE economy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in growth investing or private equity (mid-market/lower mid-market focus preferred).

• Proven track record across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio value creation.

• Deep understanding of the UAE or GCC landscape, with exposure to industrial or strategic sectors.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead deals from origination to exit.

• Passion for long-term value creation and impact investing.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
