Alpha Leadership Co. is seeking a proactive Recruitment Research & Admin Support professional to assist with recruitment efforts under a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement. This role is remote/hybrid and requires hands-on experience in recruitment research, sourcing, coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment research, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and market mapping using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.

Support the screening of CVs and prepare shortlists in line with role requirements.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and hiring stages.

Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Draft candidate profiles, summaries, and cover sheets for client submissions.

Provide administrative support for RPO activities, including documentation, reports, and compliance.

Assist in onboarding coordination and post-offer candidate follow-ups.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in recruitment documents and systems.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in recruitment support, research, or administrative roles (preferably in RPO or executive search environments).

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian recruitment market is an advantage.
Working Arrangement:

Primarily remote, with periodic hybrid working or on-site client meetings in Riyadh as required.
