We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Relationship Officers to promote and sell Credit Cards and Personal Loans to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

• Present tailored credit card and loan solutions based on individual customer needs.

• Convert leads into successful sales, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.

🔹 Product Expertise:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of credit card and loan products, including fees, features, and rewards.

• Educate customers to help them make confident, informed financial decisions.

🔹 Target Achievement:

• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Monitor your performance and consistently deliver results.

🔹 Customer Onboarding:

• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and approval.

🔹 Market Insight:

• Stay updated on financial industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

• Adapt your sales strategy to align with market dynamics and customer needs.

🔹 Client Relationship Management:

• Foster strong, lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (freshers are welcome to apply).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Strong understanding of financial products is a plus.

• Sales-driven mindset with a “customer-first” approach.
