Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Human Resources Manager!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing all aspects of HR processes, from recruitment to employee retention, and ensuring that the organization’s staffing and compliance needs are met. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to help achieve the company’s strategic goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff members.

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks, ensuring timely and constructive feedback for employees.

  • Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations in alignment with company policies.

  • Collaborate in offboarding departing employees with a focus on smooth transitions.

  • Work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals for staffing, recruitment, and retention.

  • Design and implement HR policies, processes, training programs, and initiatives to support the company’s compliance and strategic objectives.

  • Oversee and collaborate on HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, investigations, talent management, recognition, morale, and occupational health and safety.

  • Identify staffing needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and ensure best practices in talent management.

  • Foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention by promoting a positive work environment.

  • Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and continually review and update policies to maintain legal compliance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to implement HR programs and strategies effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • At least five years of experience in human resources.

  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications are highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR.

  • Resides in the United Arab Emirates.
