Growing Careers is seeking motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiters (Home Based) to join the recruitment team at Iris Executives, a prestigious executive search firm operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for professionals who prefer flexible hours and the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

As a Freelance Recruiter with Iris Executives, your primary responsibility will be online sourcing and headhunting of potential candidates. Interviews, negotiations, and client coordination are managed by a dedicated account manager, allowing you to focus on identifying and submitting qualified CVs. This role is especially tailored for home-based professionals, including stay-at-home mums looking for meaningful and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates online using platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.

• Submit candidate CVs and complete data forms.

• Follow established internal recruitment processes provided upon joining.

• Work independently and manage your own flexible work schedule.

Compensation:

• AED 5,000 per successful placement.

• AED 1,000 bonus for each candidate who gets two interviews for the same role.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting.

• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Access to “LinkedIn Recruiter” or willingness to invest in it.
