This is a hybrid, full-time role for a professional with strong consultancy experience and a proven track record in delivering Agile digital transformation projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of one or more digital projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations, team capabilities, and Valtech’s commercial goals. This role demands exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and Agile delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects from pre-sales to completion.

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to track progress, ensure governance, and report outcomes.

• Lead and support cross-functional teams, possibly including client personnel.

• Promote and coach Agile principles and practices within teams.

• Handle budget management and resource planning across delivery centres.

• Maintain continuous planning, estimation, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure delivery of high-value work.

• Participate in client-focused activities from bidding to execution phases.

• Engage with senior-level stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience managing Agile digital transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and tools.

• Background in client-facing consulting roles.

• Competence in budget handling and commercial accountability.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience managing diverse stakeholders and working within co-sourced or client environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Expertise:

• Background with Tier 1 consulting firms.

• Industry knowledge in travel and hospitality.

• Experience with composable technologies and platforms.

• Successful delivery of projects valued at US$500k+.
