Aujan Interior Decoration LLC, a leading name in the UAE’s interior and metal fabrication industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production InCharge – Metal Division to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for professionals with a strong background in metal production operations and shop floor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review drawing packages and requisitions to ensure all necessary data is available for production.

• Assist in preparing monthly shop plans based on project load charts and site sequence requirements.

• Allocate fabrication drawings to various fabrication bays as per the weekly/monthly production plan.

• Monitor revisions, update fabrication drawings, and control document flow to production bays.

• Track production progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines.

• Document any changes in fabrication drawings through formal change orders for additional claims.

• Submit periodic progress reports to the projects team.

• Coordinate with teams for drawing clarifications, free issue materials, erection sequences, and site needs.

• Forecast raw material needs and collaborate with the projects team for timely procurement.

• Create nesting plans, prepare material requisitions, and ensure smooth workflow with CNC and materials departments.

• Collaborate with design and project teams for splicing approvals.

• Maintain databases for material receipts, offcut availability, and cutting plan statuses.

• Prepare reconciliation statements for raw materials and monitor usage to minimize scrap and waste.

• Ensure product quality, prioritize safety, and continuously seek process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in metal division production management.

• Strong understanding of fabrication workflows and shop floor operations.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and managing revision control.
