Job Description:
Rubooa Al Emarat Trading Co. LLC is seeking a driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join their growing team in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated sales professional, skilled in building valuable relationships with contractors, architects, and construction companies. In this role, you will pursue new sales opportunities, conduct market research, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with the marketing team. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the business while offering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Dubai market.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and construction companies.

• Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify new customers.

• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Provide top-tier customer service, supporting clients throughout the sales process.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Work closely with the marketing team to strategize promotional campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven outdoor sales experience, preferably in building materials.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards is an advantage.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Additional benefits: Visa, Insurance, Commission, and provided Car.
