Job Description:
Our client, a leading FM service provider in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to oversee high-quality fit-out services across various projects. The role involves leading fit-out operations, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Fit Out Operations: Manage all aspects of high-quality fit-out services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Team Management: Supervise direct and indirect reports, oversee recruitment, conduct performance evaluations, and guide staff training and career development.

• Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage departmental budgets, control P&L, and generate revenue, ensuring financial compliance and reporting.

• Client & Project Management: Understand client needs, provide technical reviews (Civil/MEP), and ensure timely and compliant fit-out delivery while managing client interactions professionally.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing fit-out services within FM, hospitality, retail, or similar environments.

• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors in the fit-out industry.

• Strong knowledge of dealing with authorities such as DM, DCD, DEWA, District Cooling, and Free Zones in the UAE.

• Proven experience in mobilizing fit-out services and contracts.
