In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, providing accurate information, and offering tailored solutions. You’ll play a key part in maintaining long-term relationships with clients and generating leads through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage formal calls promptly, providing accurate and concise information to clients.

• Analyze client requirements and offer the most suitable solutions or information based on their needs.

• Provide detailed information about our products and services, creating leads using the appropriate lead types.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through meaningful telephonic conversations.

• Record all customer interactions in the call center database clearly and accurately.

• Ensure an optimal customer experience by initiating conversations with a friendly and professional tone.

• Support customers through timely follow-ups and resolving inquiries effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a call center or BPO environment.

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and provide accurate information.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while attending calls.

• Proficiency in using communication tools and software for day-to-day operations.

• Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.

• A positive attitude towards management suggestions for continuous improvement.
