Senior Sales Manager – META

Honeywell, a global leader in advanced technologies and innovation, is hiring a Senior Sales Manager – META to drive long-term growth across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai focuses on expanding Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) through strategic sales leadership, key client engagement, and market development in service offerings like BMS, Fire Safety, IoT, SaaS, and Security Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to drive service business growth in the META region.

  • Build strategic sales and pursuit plans aligned with business units and key stakeholders.

  • Drive account acquisition and market penetration in the Gulf region, focusing on long-term profitability.

  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key end-users and strategic accounts.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand HBS’s market footprint.

  • Collaborate with Sales Key Account Managers and offer technical guidance to proposal teams on large bids.

  • Provide regular updates on key account plans, opportunity status, forecasts, and stakeholder mapping.

  • Support marketing efforts including trade shows, campaigns, and publications.

  • Partner with Global Business Enterprise (GBE) commercial teams to align winning strategies and execution plans.

  • Lead by example in work ethics, negotiation, and team performance, ensuring high service standards.

  • Ensure alignment with HBS META KPIs such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, and giga project engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related business discipline.

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in a multinational organization.

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, key account management, and team leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, SaaS, IoT, and integrated service solutions.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with commercial contracts, HBS processes, and customer lifecycle management.
