The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients through emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated care for clients with complex mental health needs, ensuring a holistic approach.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients’ emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges.

• Engage in continuous professional development, incorporating the latest research and best practices to maintain clinical excellence and effectiveness.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews, to diagnose and create customized treatment plans for a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to meet the individual therapeutic needs of clients.

• Stay up-to-date with ethical guidelines, legal standards in psychology, and recent advancements in mental health research to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure high standards of practice.

Skills & Requirements:

• Expertise in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose and create treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions.

• Proven ability to implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy) tailored to the specific needs of clients.
