Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards are met.

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the equipment is in optimal working condition.

• Manage inventory, keeping track of coffee beans and supplies, and proactively communicate with the supervisor to restock items in a timely manner, ensuring smooth service during busy shifts.

• Demonstrate exceptional coffee brewing expertise and a thorough understanding of the beverage menu.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a high-quality experience.

• Operate espresso machines with proficiency and skill, consistently delivering great coffee to customers.

• Expertise in coffee brewing, with a strong understanding of a comprehensive beverage menu.
