The Lean Business Excellence Manager at Masafi LLC will oversee the implementation and execution of Lean and Agile methodologies to improve business processes. This role involves running transformation projects, managing business analysis, and ensuring corporate-level compliance with the Agile framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Transformation Projects: Run independent work streams within transformation projects, including business analysis, design, and implementation of Lean Agile.

• Business Analysis: Coordinate the collection and analysis of data to identify business issues and opportunities. Influence project direction using diagnostic data.

• Agile Management: Manage the Agile framework and related activities, ensuring corporate-level compliance.

• Collaboration & Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in Lean and Agile business transformation.

• Strong background in business analysis and diagnostic activities.
