Samsung Gulf is looking for a Senior Manager – B2B Sales Strategy to drive the eCommerce B2B channels on samsung.com. This role focuses on expanding B2B online sales, developing innovative lead generation programs, and managing partner relationships across corporate, education, and SME customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and onboard new partners across B2B customer segments (Corporate, Education, B2B2C, etc.) to enhance B2B online sales on Samsung’s website.

Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to implement relevant B2B eCommerce programs.

Identify and execute strategies to increase awareness, engagement, loyalty, and retention within B2B channels.

Establish and maintain relationships with top corporate, government, education, and B2B2C accounts.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to assess KPIs and optimize business strategies.

Evaluate and implement promotional calendars and channel propositions.

Influence key stakeholders to align with business objectives and ensure successful execution of programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).

12 years of experience in eCommerce, with proficiency in developing B2B sales strategies and engagement programs.

Extensive experience in the MENA region and direct engagement with B2B and B2G accounts.

Strong ability to analyze data, web traffic, and sales performance, with a focus on actionable insights.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
