Braxtone Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for the UAE and Oman markets, specifically in the insurance sector. The role focuses on driving growth, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue through tailored consultancy services to insurance companies, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a business development strategy targeting the insurance sector.

Identify and acquire new clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within insurance companies and brokers.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.

Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Set and achieve business development targets and KPIs, reporting to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.

Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., CII, CPCU) required.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in business development or sales within the insurance sector.

Skills:

Proven revenue generation and deal-closing abilities.

Strong knowledge of the GCC insurance market and regulatory frameworks.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
