Associate Relationship Manager
FINQY Dubai , UAE

FINQY is looking for a proactive Associate Relationship Manager to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting the sales team in generating leads and closing insurance sales, while also maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new leads through research, inbound queries, or outbound efforts

  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and introduce appropriate solutions

  • Follow up on warm leads and schedule appointments or demos for senior sales staff

  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM tools

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute lead-generation campaigns and track conversion metrics

  • Prepare sales pitches, presentations, and documentation for client meetings

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to enhance future business opportunities

  • Assist in post-sale follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and a problem-solving mindset

Work Environment:
