Estative, a fast-growing real estate development company with a strong portfolio of off-plan projects across Dubai, is hiring an Experienced Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in off-plan real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and an established broker network to drive sales and build lasting partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a competitive salary and high commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and strengthen relationships with real estate brokers to promote off-plan projects

Conduct broker activations and engaging project presentations

Deliver in-depth product training for broker teams

Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies accordingly

Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide market insights and feedback to management
Skills Required:
-
Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Proven relationship-building and network management skills
-
Deep understanding of Dubai’s property market and real estate regulations

Goal-driven and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of successful experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai

Background with leading developers such as Damac, Azizi, or Sobha is preferred

Real estate and sales training certifications
-
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
