A leading global pulp and paper manufacturer is hiring a Senior Manager – Pulp Sales to lead and manage all aspects of sales activities for its Pulp division. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai focuses on driving the business’s commercial strategy, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing international sales team. The company, known for its advanced pulp and paper operations, employs 14,000 people directly and supports 90,000 indirectly.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all pulp sales operations to achieve short- and long-term business goals

Manage full P&L accountability for the pulp division

Develop and execute sales budgets, allocations, and strategic plans

Establish and enforce sales policies and standards ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality

Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with key clients globally

Establish sales teams in key markets, providing leadership, motivation, and development

Drive a shift from traditional product selling to integrated solution-based selling
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred

10–15 years of commercial leadership experience in pulp or adjacent packaging sectors

Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial activities at a regional or global level
-
Deep understanding of pulp and packaging market dynamics, trends, and customer needs

Strong business acumen and commercial insight

Familiarity with international trade practices and contract terms

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills

Fluent in English
