ANK Search Consultants is hiring an experienced Site Engineer/Sr. Supervisor – Electrical to manage all on-site electrical activities for a leading contracting client in the UAE. The role involves ensuring timely and quality execution of electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting, cabling, and compliance with safety and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors

• Conduct routine site inspections for safety, quality, and schedule adherence

• Manage manpower and allocate resources effectively on-site

• Maintain documentation on work progress, materials, and inspections

• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly

• Coordinate with procurement for timely materials and equipment availability

• Ensure compliance with DEWA/SEWA/ADDC regulations

• Assist in preparing red-marked drawings and as-built documentation

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and local approval processes

• Excellent knowledge of electrical safety standards and local regulations

• Ability to interpret technical drawings

• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills

• UAE driving license is an advantage
