Davinci Dental Clinic is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dentist in daily tasks and ensure smooth operations in the clinic. The role involves equipment checks, assisting with patient documentation, managing appointments, and coordinating with insurance departments. The ideal candidate should be familiar with dental procedures, equipment, and health & safety protocols, ensuring a high standard of care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist by responding to requests and keeping dental instruments ready for use

• Check dental equipment (e.g., autoclave, dental chair, x-ray machine) and report any malfunctions

• Manage patient documentation, ensuring accuracy and validity for appointments

• Coordinate with the insurance department, handling requests and claims

• Organize patient schedules, payments, and prepare treatment plans

• Conduct biological tests and perform necessary health checks

• Prepare and clean instruments in accordance with Health and Safety protocols

• Ensure safe disposal of sharps and clinical waste

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dental assistance or a relevant healthcare role

• Familiarity with dental equipment and sterilization procedures

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage patient records and appointments efficiently

• Understanding of insurance claims and reimbursement procedures

• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a dental clinic

Salary: AED 2,000/month
