Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate their Indirect Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales management and a proven track record in team leadership, particularly within a developer or related real estate environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Indirect Sales Team, ensuring successful sales performance.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through agents, brokers, and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Analyze and interpret sales data to inform decision-making and track team performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with 4+ years in a management role within real estate, brokerage, or developer sectors.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of real estate market trends.

Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
