Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician 

Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a well-rounded professional with hands-on experience across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance work. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and reliability of all equipment and facilities through regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.

• Handle minor repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance tasks.

• Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

• Monitor maintenance inventory, manage supplies, and coordinate reorders as needed.

• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all repair and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma, degree, or certified vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing fields.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of various building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

• Proven troubleshooting ability and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar maintenance role.

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
