Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, client acquisition, and relationship management in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within project-based environments, particularly in the construction or infrastructure industry, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

• Promote and sell a wide range of light fittings and related solutions to developers, government agencies, and private clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure long-term business success.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids for construction projects.

• Collaborate with internal project and technical teams to align sales strategies with project capabilities and timelines.

• Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide valuable market insights to inform decision-making.

• Attend site visits, client meetings, industry expos, and networking events to foster client relationships and generate new business.

• Respond promptly to leads, inquiries, and tenders to ensure timely follow-up and successful conversion.

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.

• Strong knowledge of the construction project lifecycle and procurement process.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of strategic thinking.

• Valid UAE driving license.
