Regent Global, a purpose-driven organization with a global presence in education, real estate, AI, and investment, is seeking a Global Recruitment Head Hunter to join their CEO’s office. This is a full-time, remote position that will focus on leading global recruitment projects, sourcing exceptional talent, and managing the recruitment process for various departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and able to work closely with senior management to meet the company’s growing recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to understand recruitment needs across multiple regions.

Proactively identify and approach top talent through modern sourcing strategies, including direct outreach.

Represent and promote the Regent Global brand, attracting candidates who align with the company’s mission and values.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, staying in touch with high-potential candidates even when no immediate vacancies exist.

Conduct screening conversations, assessing candidates based on mindset, ability to deliver, and alignment with the Regent mission.

Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, candidate conversations, and progress, with direct reporting to the CEO.
