• Cornerstone Middleeast is looking for a TAB Technician to join their team. The role involves commissioning and testing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are tested and commissioned according to project specifications and standards. The position requires hands-on experience and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning activities for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and ELV systems.

• Conduct Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Verify installation and functionality of electrical systems such as lighting and power distribution.

• Inspect and test plumbing systems for proper installation, pressure, and flow.

• Test and commission ELV systems such as fire alarms and security systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during commissioning.

• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements.

• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.

• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.

• Provide training to end-users on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in commissioning electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and ELV systems.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems integration.

• Proficiency in using testing and measurement instruments.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBB, AABC, TABB) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in MEP commissioning.

• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing installations, and ELV systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry testing equipment.

• Willingness to work in varied environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors).

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: AED 3,000.00 – AED 4,000.00 per month.
