• Al-Futtaim Group, one of the most progressive and diversified companies in the region, is hiring a Beauty Specialist / Makeup Artist for its Watsons retail store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess expert makeup artistry skills, a deep understanding of beauty trends (especially those popular in the Middle East), and a customer-centric approach.

In this role, you will provide personalized makeup consultations, product recommendations, and application demonstrations. Responsibilities include conducting makeovers, maintaining stock levels, implementing merchandising standards, handling customer queries, and contributing to in-store category-building activities such as skincare analysis and product animations. You’ll also play a vital role in monitoring product shelf life and inventory rotation, as well as providing insights to improve the store’s offerings and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Certification/diploma in makeup artistry or related field preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in makeup application or beauty retail.

• Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.

• Excellent interpersonal, sales, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong operational understanding (stock, POS systems, VM).

• Ability to assess individual skin types, match products accordingly, and offer regimens.
