Tether.io, the global pioneer in digital finance and blockchain-powered solutions, is seeking an Expansion Manager to lead its market growth and adoption initiatives across the UAE and broader Middle East. This fully remote role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving business development, and representing Tether in regulatory and fintech ecosystems. You will be instrumental in expanding the reach of the world’s most trusted stablecoin, USDT, and advancing Tether’s mission of financial inclusion and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and Middle East.

• Build partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, government entities, and payment service providers.

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for Tether’s product ecosystem.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor regulatory changes.

• Represent Tether at key meetings, industry conferences, and public events.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and potential investors.

• Support investment initiatives aligned with Tether’s mission in fintech and financial inclusion.

• Drive visibility by engaging with blockchain and digital asset communities.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in cross-border settlements, mobile money, payments, or telecom/banking industries.

• In-depth understanding of the UAE’s regulatory and cultural landscape in fintech, blockchain, and remittances.

• Proven track record in strategic partnership development and business expansion.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and market strategy execution experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Management (MBA preferred).

• Entrepreneurial mindset with project management and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
