Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for a large-scale project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the delivery of MEP services, managing contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project completion within the required schedule and budget. Ideal candidates will have experience with complex real estate and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Planner to ensure effective project planning, including production of progress and construction/tender programs, weekly reports, and critical path management.

• Monitor Supervision Consultants’ performance regarding contractor/subcontractor submittals and QA/QC, recommending corrective action as needed.

• Assist in responding to FIDIC claim notices related to EOT claims and prepare Determinations.

• Maintain detailed records of daily site resources (labor, plant, and materials) to support delay claims and ensure accurate construction sequencing.

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, codes, practices, and specifications.

• Proactively report at both project and business levels.

• Anticipate and address client needs while managing interfaces across project teams.

• Analyze project schedules for risks and propose recovery strategies.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of related work experience in real estate or construction project management, specifically in MEP services.

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is essential.

• Experience managing large-scale projects such as theatres, museums, stadiums, and themed parks.

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Demonstrated expertise in preparing testing, commissioning plans, and delivering on-site.

• Knowledge of HSEE practices and industry regulations.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
