A globally recognized luxury interiors brand is seeking a Head of Business to lead its flagship monobrand showroom in Dubai. This senior leadership role involves overseeing commercial and operational performance, driving B2C and B2B strategies, and managing high-profile projects for UHNWIs and premium real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commercial and operational performance of the business with an annual turnover exceeding AED 50 million.

• Develop and execute integrated B2C (60%) and B2B (40%) strategies targeting UHNWIs and premium real estate developers.

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with interior studios, architects, consultants, and developers.

• Lead the execution of high-profile projects, some worth over AED 100 million.

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, operations, design, and client relations.

• Uphold high standards of corporate governance, financial management, and operational efficiency.

• Drive brand growth through strategic marketing, positioning, and digital innovation.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within luxury furniture, interiors, FF&E, or high-end fit-out industries.

• Proven success in showroom management, business development, and delivering high-value projects.

• Deep knowledge of the UAE market; additional exposure to KSA, Kuwait, or Oman is a plus.

• Well-established network of UHNW clients and regional stakeholders.

• Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand building.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
