Early Career and Emiratization Partner | Corporate Services

Al-Futtaim Group is hiring an Early Career and Emiratization Partner to lead and drive strategic hiring initiatives focused on interns, graduates, and Emiratization across the group’s Corporate Services division. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai requires a dynamic professional with a passion for talent acquisition, university relations, and local workforce development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing Al-Futtaim’s employer brand and ensuring alignment with nationalization and future skills goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment for internships, graduate programs, and strategic early talent initiatives.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies targeting top talent from educational institutions.

  • Strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.

  • Lead employer branding campaigns, career events, and university outreach.

  • Align hiring strategies with business goals by collaborating with HR and business leaders.

  • Drive the recruitment of UAE and KSA nationals, aligning with nationalization targets.

  • Ensure fair, unbiased, and structured hiring processes in accordance with company policies.

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.

  • Monitor and report key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

  • Optimize recruitment strategies using data insights, stakeholder feedback, and market trends.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

  • Experience working with ATS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).

  • Familiarity with local labor laws and national workforce programs.

  • Ability to manage large-scale assessment centers and high-volume recruitment.

What Equips You for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant business-related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, especially in talent management and acquisition.

  • Experience in managing university partnerships, graduate hiring, and localization strategies.

  • Prior work in a large matrix organization or with high-volume/niche roles.

  • Proven record of collaborating with government bodies on Emiratization efforts.
