Schneider Electric is seeking a Sales Senior Manager – Sustainability to join their UAE team. As part of their Sustainability Business (SB) Division, the role focuses on delivering strategic climate action solutions, including ESG consulting, resource management, renewable energy procurement, and supply chain decarbonization. The ideal candidate will lead commercial efforts, engage clients, drive sales from prospecting to closing, and ensure the delivery of high-impact sustainability services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and innovate SB service offerings aligned with global standards.

• Lead the sales process from hunting to closing, managing client relationships and developing business opportunities.

• Identify and secure new customers, lead proposal creation, and negotiate with clients.

• Promote and upsell SB services such as ESG consulting, energy efficiency, and renewable energy solutions.

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary sustainability projects and ensure successful implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project profitability and margin targets.

• Build and execute a strategy to enhance Schneider Electric’s market reputation in sustainability.

• Lead workshops, develop presentations, and provide oversight on project deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in sustainability or climate change.

• Strong commercial and networking skills with an engaging personality.

• Background in ESG, decarbonization, or sustainability consulting preferred.

• Digital mindset and experience with technology-driven sustainability solutions.

• Native Arabic speaker preferred; must have business-level English.

• Excellent communication, project management, and client engagement skills.

• Ability to understand customer sustainability challenges and align solutions accordingly.

• Strong team orientation and a proactive approach to leadership.
