In this full-time, on-site role, the Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing customer service, sales, and educational guidance to prospective students. The role involves advising students on admissions processes, offering educational solutions, and assisting in the application journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding educational programs and admissions.

• Assist students in understanding application procedures and requirements for various educational institutions.

• Offer support in the preparation of applications, documentation, and submissions.

• Maintain positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and educational institutions.

• Manage customer service tasks and sales efforts to promote the company’s services.

• Ensure a smooth admissions process by addressing concerns and following up with students.

• Work towards achieving admissions targets and meeting deadlines.

• Assist in maintaining accurate student records and data.

Key Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Interpersonal Communication and communication skills.
