Pirelli is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Compliance & Sustainability Intern in its Dubai office. This role supports the Compliance & Sustainability Manager and global teams in implementing regulatory and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) frameworks across Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) markets. Ideal for recent graduates passionate about compliance and sustainability in the automotive industry, this internship offers exposure to international operations and corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Compliance:

• Monitor and report on GCC laws and regulations, especially in UAE and KSA.

• Draft and manage compliance-related policies and procedures.

• Localize and implement global compliance programs with the Group Compliance & Rules Team.

• Coordinate corporate initiatives and regulatory projects.

• Liaise with external legal consultants and service providers.

Sustainability & ESG:

• Support the integration of ESG principles into compliance frameworks.

• Implement regional sustainability strategies.

• Assist in ESG data collection, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Conduct research on local sustainability laws and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Law or Economics.

• Maximum of one-year work experience.

• Must hold a valid student or family visa.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or Arabic is a plus.

• Proficient in digital tools and applications.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

• A passion for the automotive sector.
