Maklad Design is looking for an experienced FF&E & BOQ Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on leading the selection, coordination, and procurement process for various design projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, attention to detail, and proficiency in FF&E and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define FF&E concepts that align with project goals and budgets

• Prepare comprehensive BOQs with precise quantities, pricing, and material specifications

• Communicate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, manage lead times, and ensure quality standards

• Oversee junior designers and attend site meetings to ensure installations meet FF&E standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum of 3 years of FF&E and BOQ experience

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and FF&E scheduling tools

• Strong background in BOQ development and procurement processes

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and vendor management skills
