First Choice Marble is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to manage marble production in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of marble production, slab utilization, and stone finishes, with a strong background in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality, and managing factory workforce. The role requires the ability to read technical drawings, plan production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of final products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily production to meet customer requirements and production schedules

• Monitor and inspect fabrication activities to approve the final product before delivery

• Oversee the factory workforce, motivating and ensuring targets are met

• Prepare daily production and management reports as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Marble & Stones industry

• Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate trustworthiness
