Global Software Solutions Group (GSSTech) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and enhance projects for their diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, particularly in the banking domain, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, especially in collaboration with the UAE Central Bank. The role is contract-based and requires hands-on experience with one of the Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals

• Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and stakeholders

• Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

• Monitor and report on project progress and mitigate risks

• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project updates

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field

• Must have worked with one of the Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)

• Experience managing UAE-Central bank regulatory projects

Experience:

• 10-15 years of project management experience in the banking domain

• Proven track record in managing diverse teams and multiple projects

• Strong experience in managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams

Skills:

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required
