• Global Software Solutions Group is hiring a Program Manager to oversee multiple complex projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-project activities, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

• Develop and manage program and project plans, budgets, and schedules.

• Monitor and report on progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure quality standards.

• Lead program teams, ensuring the required resources and support are provided.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective changes management.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to ensure high levels of participation.

• Evaluate program performance and report on key metrics, adjusting plans as necessary.

• Identify areas for process improvements and innovation within program management practices.

• Manage strategic engagements with the UAE Central Bank, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex scenarios and drive decisions.

• Experience with project management software and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

• Certification in Program Management (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent).

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in program management, ideally within IT and banking industries.

• Experience in managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Experience working with one of the Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).

• Proven experience delivering projects for the UAE Central Bank (mandatory).

• In-depth understanding of banking domain processes, compliance, and technologies.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
