• English Path, a global language education provider, is hiring a Teaching and Learning Coordinator for its Dubai campus. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a passionate education professional with a strong background in teaching, academic planning, and teacher development. As part of a global group (GEDU), English Path offers high-quality English, German, and French courses designed to integrate language learning with cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Learning Coordination: Support planning, feedback analysis, student progress tracking, and goal setting to ensure academic success.

• Young Learner Support: Oversee placement, induction, resource allocation, and classroom management to ensure high-quality delivery of Young Learner programs.

• Teacher Development: Conduct lesson observations, offer constructive feedback, and lead CPD sessions to upskill and support teaching staff.

• Curriculum & Quality: Contribute to curriculum design, learning materials, and academic improvement initiatives. Represent the institution in external academic forums.

• Teaching: Deliver up to 15 hours per week of classroom instruction, lead tutorials, and support assessments.

• Student Welfare & Safeguarding: Foster an inclusive and safe learning environment, provide pastoral care, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and Prevent Duty policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• DELTA, Trinity DipTESOL, or equivalent; Master’s in TESOL or Linguistics preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum required).

• Strong English language teaching experience, ideally in a multilingual setting.

• Confident in lesson planning, using EdTech, and mentoring educators.

• Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.

• Committed to continuous improvement and delivering engaging educational experiences.
