• Emirates is seeking a Recruitment Partner – Regional Team Lead to join the Cabin Crew Recruitment team. Based full-time at Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai, this role involves global travel and contributing to the global growth of Emirates. The Regional Team Lead will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for cabin crew, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring alignment with Emirates’ values, and maintaining high standards throughout the recruitment process. This position is key to achieving consistent quality outcomes and promoting Emirates as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for cabin crew, from sourcing to hiring.

• Promote Emirates as an employer of choice through various marketing channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and job boards.

• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, executive search firms, and recruitment agencies.

• Conduct regional audits on assessment days and offer insights for improvement.

• Lead engagement with industries such as hospitality, travel, and retail, and foster relationships with recruitment agencies and hospitality schools.

• Provide data insights to management on recruitment challenges and offer solutions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the best recruitment channels.

• Design and implement recruitment methodologies in collaboration with the Business Psychologist team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree and 5+ years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or with an agency.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership role managing remote teams.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment processes.

• Ability to travel for recruitment campaigns.

• Strong coaching and leadership skills in a remote environment.

• Experience with various selection processes, including digital assessments, video interviews, and reference checks.

• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems, and CMS systems.

• Fluent in English, with additional languages being desirable.
