• Kitopi, a leading cloud kitchen platform, is seeking a Head Chef to lead and manage kitchen operations in Dubai. This role requires a passionate culinary professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth food preparation, top-quality dishes, and an efficient, hygienic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and seasonal menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

• Supervise and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to maintain brand consistency.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs and waste effectively.

• Train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews of the kitchen team.

• Ensure HACCP compliance and perform routine checks on cleanliness and storage.

• Collaborate with management on budget planning and labor cost control.

• Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
