Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team, with immediate availability being a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil works, particularly in residential tower projects, and a proven track record of managing large-scale construction activities within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of civil engineering components for construction projects.

• Supervise and coordinate with both design and site execution teams to ensure smooth project flow.

• Review, validate, and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.

• Provide expert technical input during the tendering and bidding phases of projects.

• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and external contractors.

• Conduct value engineering assessments and provide cost-effective technical solutions.

• Evaluate material submittals, method statements, and on-site construction methodologies.

• Resolve any technical challenges encountered during project execution.

• Prepare and track project schedules, timelines, and budget forecasts.

• Uphold the highest safety and quality standards throughout all phases of execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

• Professional Engineering license/certification (as per regional requirements).

• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering within the UAE, preferably on residential high-rise projects.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, Primavera, etc.

• Experience: 5–10 years (with 10 years in the UAE preferred)

• Gender: Male (as per client requirement)

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (within one week)
