Job Description:

We are seeking passionate Guest Experience Experts who can craft unforgettable memories for our guests by offering personalized service throughout their stay. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take the initiative to fulfill a wide variety of guest needs, creating unique, memorable interactions. Whether you’re assisting with operational tasks, addressing guest requests, or offering insights into the local area, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience.

As a member of our team, you will have the freedom to navigate your space and take action to ensure every guest interaction is a smooth, positive one. Your role is more than just a job—it’s about bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with check-in, check-out, and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their stay.

  • Actively engage with guests, addressing their requests and offering recommendations about local attractions.

  • Assist with operational tasks, including managing reports and ensuring timely service.

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere, making sure guests feel valued and cared for during their time at the resort.

  • Uphold high standards of safety, confidentiality, and company policies while ensuring the quality of service.

  • Keep the work area organized and meet physical requirements such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

  • Experience: No prior related work experience required.

  • Supervisory Experience: None required.

  • Certifications: No certifications required.
