Job Title: IT Equipment Support Specialist 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Equipment Support Specialist to manage the retrieval, repair, and delivery of IT hardware while providing exceptional technical support to end-users. This role involves hands-on experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployment of hardware and software systems in a fast-paced environment. As an IT support professional, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and service consistency, adhering to the ITIL framework for best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve IT equipment for maintenance or repair and deliver newly repaired or replacement equipment to end-users.

• Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving IT hardware and software issues efficiently.

• Prepare detailed and accurate documentation to support technical evaluations and services.

• Maintain a high level of consistency and process adherence by following the ITIL framework for IT service management.

• Collaborate with the in-house technical team to conduct evaluations and ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure timely setup and deployment of IT equipment by leveraging advanced OS image deployment techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in remotely installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers at the component level.

• Proficiency in deploying customized OS images to streamline and accelerate computer setups.

• In-depth knowledge of hardware upgrades, installations, and component-level repairs.

• Skilled in expanding customized OS parameters via effective image deployment processes.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving IT challenges.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 1 – 2 years in IT support or hardware maintenance roles.

• Residence Location: Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
