IDP Education is looking for a People Experience Manager to join their UAE team. This full-time role is based in Dubai but also covers operations across the UAE, with occasional travel required. The role involves driving people-related initiatives and managing day-to-day People Experience tasks at both operational and strategic levels to ensure high performance and employee engagement. The position requires working closely with various teams, including the Country Director (CD) and Regional People Experience Director (RPxD).

Key Responsibilities:

• People Data & Process Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in SuccessFactors (SF), drive adoption of internal social media (JAM), and enhance people process efficiency.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless recruitment process using the JobScore tracking system, and manage the onboarding experience for new joiners.

• Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate payroll data with the finance department and administer employee benefits like insurance and pensions. Facilitate the annual salary and bonus review process.

• Rewards & Culture: Promote employee recognition programs and foster a collaborative work environment through internal communications.

• Capability & Performance: Support employee training and development programs, monitor mandatory training completion, and work with management on performance management tools.

• Policies, Compliance & Others: Handle visa and work permit administration, ensure compliance with HR policies, and advise on local employment legislation.

Qualifications:

• Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a medium to large multinational organization.

  • Based in Dubai.

  • Proficiency in English and understanding of employee experience principles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working in MNCs with a matrix organization structure.

  • Familiarity with SAP and payroll processing.

  • Proactive approach to process improvements and problem-solving.
