🔧 Job Overview

Capefront Energies is seeking a skilled HVAC/Chiller Mechanical Technician to support maintenance operations at a nuclear facility in the UAE. If you have strong experience with chillers and HVAC systems in industrial or nuclear settings, we want to hear from you!

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, AHUs, ACCUs, PACCUs, and related HVAC equipment.

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct system adjustments like flow balancing.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

• Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including weekends and holidays.

• Follow strict HSE and nuclear safety standards.

🎓 Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (nuclear/industrial environment preferred).

• Skills: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/manuals.

• Skilled in maintaining gearboxes, belts, pulleys, and bearings.

• Capable of obtaining necessary nuclear facility security clearances.

• Language Proficiency: Minimum English proficiency (IELTS Speaking/Listening/Writing 5.0, Reading 5.5 or equivalent).​

💡 Preferred Skills

• Familiar with SAP / Physical Work Packs.

• Experience in heavy mechanical operations and HVAC shutdowns.

• Certified in Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and RCA procedures
