Job Description:
Guildhall is searching for a skilled and experienced Technical Manager to oversee the technical aspects of a Food Hub Project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Abu Dhabi Ports (ADP) and a solid understanding of Khalifa Zone’s operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical operations for the Food Hub Project in compliance with ADP and Khalifa Zone standards.

• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure technical deliverables meet project milestones, international standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee design reviews, value engineering processes, and risk management strategies.

• Provide input during project planning and execution phases, ensuring alignment with Khalifa Zone procedures.

• Prepare and review technical documentation including project plans, blueprints, and engineering reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with ADP on infrastructure or logistics development projects.

• Familiarity with Khalifa Zone development procedures, approval workflows, and compliance protocols.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial zone projects, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience in multicultural, fast-paced environments.

• Experience in food hub or logistics-related developments in the UAE is a plus.

• Arabic language skills or experience liaising with local government entities is advantageous.
