Role Overview:
We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our front desk. In this key role, you will manage visitor reception, call handling, meeting room coordination, and administrative support for ADNOC clients, PMC team members, and other stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global leader in the oil and gas sector while supporting a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a warm, professional reception experience.

• Manage incoming calls, directing them efficiently and accurately.

• Coordinate meeting room bookings, assist with meeting preparations including document printing and refreshments.

• Handle incoming mail, packages, and courier services.

• Maintain visitor registration logs and ensure strict adherence to security and access control procedures.

• Provide administrative assistance to HR and Admin teams as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably dealing with high-profile clients.

• Highly presentable, responsible, and service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

• Age preferably under 30 years old.

Key Demographic Requirement:

• Applicants must be currently based in the GCC region.
