Job Description:
ProCoat Steel Solutions L.L.C. is looking for a skilled Hydro Dipping Machine Operator to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing parts, applying hydrographic films, and operating advanced hydro dipping machinery to deliver exceptional quality finishes on aerospace and automotive components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts and surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and flawless hydro dipping results.

• Select appropriate hydrographic films and apply them to aerospace and automotive parts.

• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art hydro dipping machines and related equipment.

• Monitor and adjust dipping parameters to achieve high-quality, consistent finishes.

• Inspect final products, ensuring they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments when required.

• Collaborate closely with the customization and production teams to meet project timelines and client specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hydro Dipping Technician in aerospace, automotive, or a similar environment.

• Strong knowledge of hydrographic films, patterns, and dipping techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and adjust processes to achieve precise results.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering premium finishes.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 6,500 to 7,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Additional Benefits: Accommodation provided + Overtime pay
